I'm Riding For

Michelle

My mom, Michelle, was recently diagnosed with early stage lung cancer. While the outlook is good, and it's easily operable, it's still scary. I can't imagine the feelings other families have, especially when it's the kids with the cancer and not the parent. With this ride, I hope we can find a cure for this disease, so no families have to feel this way again

My Story

This August, I’ll be participating in the Great Cycle Challenge to raise money to fight kids’ cancer!

If you pledged to my campaign last year, you may remember that I promised if I raised over $4000 I'd bike from Lethbridge to Calgary wearing the famous Value Village wetsuit. Well, we crushed that goal, so the ride is going to happen!

This year, my goal is more earnest. I'm asking people to donate because they care, not for some gimmick. This cause is super important, and I think it deserves the donations. So if you've got some spare change laying around, consider throwing it my way and let's save kick some cancer butt!
