T I injured my kneees last wednesday and have had to cut back the distance and speed for my rides. That will make the distance challenge for this month a real challenge but I will do it a bit at a time.”

My cycling goal of 200kms was made even harder last wednesday as I ended up injuring both knees (horribly installed new cleats on new cycling shoes BY ME). I have had to cut back both my hiking and niking activities to give the knees time to recover however I am determined to make my distance goal of 200kms. TY again and keep posting your rides. You and Lisa are real leaders”
