My Story
This August, my husband and i are taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
Why? Because right now, over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.
Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
So we are raising funds through our challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

GCC RIDE#5
13 Aug 2025Today's ride was from our campsite up around Cocagne Cape and Cassie Cape. A few hills, some beautiful views. The wind and the heat were a challenge. I dedicated this ride to all my family and friends who supported my challenge. The donars are the heroes in helping to kick cancer in the butt for the kids.
I didn't stop to take any pictures this ride. Didn't see any GCC jerseys. But I did get a wonderful cheer from a couple out for a walk.

#GCC 2025 RIDE4 - Dieppe Riverfront trail
8 Aug 2025Did a nice 22km ride along the Riverfront trail from Dieppe towards Memramcook.
I am finding the rides a little more difficult than in past years. Still enjoy the venture and challenge.
