I'm Riding For

Stefanie and Dottie

Ms. Stefanie was my mentor who died of breast cancer. She inspired me to work with children as a music teacher and helped me understand the influence we have as educators. I’m also riding for Dottie who inspired generations to love through dance. She loved everyone and made you feel like the most important person in the world. I'm riding in memory of these amazing women, as an educator, and inspire my students to give to their communities. Please help support my ride to help defeat childhood cancer.

My Story

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

    Wednesday, I lost a chunk of my back tire. Thanks to Repair and Run Canada on Queen St West, I was safely put back on the road. Great work, reasonable price. Check them out!
