Thomas Lee

My Grandfather left behind such an incredible legacy: five sons who have brought their own children into the world... many of whom have beautiful families of their own now too. He impacted us all so profoundly; even the young ones in our family that did not have the honour and pleasure of meeting him. We believe he is watching over us from heaven, and we hope to make him proud every day. He will never be forgotten. It feels like he was taken much too soon, after his own battle with cancer, and I know he would never want any child to have to face that dragon.

My Story

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, over 1,400 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada. Now more than ever these precious kids need help.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
