My Story

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, over 1,400 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

With Covid-19 on everyone's mind, it's important to remember that cancer is still out there, and it's still a fight for so many children.

Please support me by making a donation to give these kids the brighter futures they deserve.

I actually have a low riding goal this year (100kms) since my wife and I are going away for half of August for our 30th anniversary and then I am having a hernia operation when we get back, so that only leaves a week to ride and I'm not sure how fast I will recover, so I wasn't going to ask for donations this year, I was only going to donate myself, so I am surprised with you finding me this way and very happy for your support! I sent you a couple of Facebook messages but perhaps you are not on there that much anymore. I rarely go on myself.”
