My Story

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer.

I'll be trying to achieve a goal of 500kms over this month on my 42 year old bicycle in the Etobicoke/Toronto area.

These kids fighting for their lives pushes me to cycle further.

Thank you for everyone's support and donations thus far. It's been very inspiring. It's great to raise awareness in the Etobicoke/Toronto chapter.

  • Weekend of mid-August

    This weekend I'm going to try to clock over 135km. I've been facing a few challenges myself while riding. My day job does interfere as its manual labour. It's hot, and hard work and tiring. Sometimes I can't get out afterwards and its disappointing. I'm new to cycling on the road and restoring a 42 year old bicycle has had its hurdles. Learning lots, just bought some flat pedals for a more comfortable ride.

    It's supposed to be another hot one, stay and keep cool everyone.
