Great day in Fredericton hugging the riverfront bike trails. I’ll be back there biking again that is for sure!
Gorgeous day here in the Maritimes and after riding 50km this old gal is mighty glad she wore padded biking 🚴♀️ shorts .
It was a super day all around coming home to see donations giving so much hope to kids at Sick Kids . On behalf of them and me THANK YOU 😊 😇🚴♀️❤️🤩👏🙏

Back to my beautiful home province and enjoyed hugging the coastline yesterday and a 20km ride to and from Spruce Lake today. Looking forward to the challenge of riding 50km Wednesday Aug 13th for KICK CANCERS BUTT DAY when donations are matched to 1.3 million thanks to the generosity of a Toronto family .
